Replacement Policy:

We do not offer replacements. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

 

    Return Policy:

    1. Changed your mind? You can return any item within 3 days of receiving it, no questions asked. After 3 days, returns are not possible.

    2. Conditions for return: The product must be unused and in perfect condition, just like when it arrived. We'll inspect the item to confirm its eligibility for return.

    3. Costs: You'll need to cover the shipping costs for returns. For international returns, all shipping costs are your responsibility. If there's a defect or mistake on our part, we'll cover the costs.

    Items that cannot be returned:

    • If the product was custom-made for you, it's not returnable—unless there's a defect or mismatch with the agreed specifications.
    • If the item was damaged due to misuse, it can't be returned.

    Non-Receipt Returns:

    If you refused or didn't receive your order, and it's returned to our warehouse, you'll be charged the full round-trip shipping costs:

    • Domestic shipping (one way): 23 SAR.
    • International shipping (one way): 45 SAR.

    We'll process your refund within 7 days of receiving the item back.

    How to Return:

    1. Heads up! Shipping fees are non-refundable since they're paid to the courier service.
    2. Download the Return Form from [here].
    3. Fill out the form and print it.
    4. Package the product securely and include the return form inside. If the product is damaged in transit, your return may be denied.
    5. Ship the package to the warehouse address listed on the return form using your preferred shipping service. If you opt for pick-up and drop-off, the courier may charge additional fees. These might be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
    6. Send us a copy of the return form via WhatsApp to speed up the process.
    7. Once we receive and inspect the package, we'll issue your refund within 7 days at the latest.

    Cancellation & Changes:

    Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it can't be changed or cancelled.

    Important Notes:

    • If we make a mistake and send you the wrong or faulty item, returns and replacements are on us, free of charge! Just contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    • The return and exchange policy applies to all products except for the "Blue Sensitive Area Groomer." First Edition.
    • We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer during the order or registration process.
    • If your order is returned due to non-receipt, a new shipping fee of 18 SAR applies.
    • For help with returns, exchanges, or reshipping, just reach out to our customer service team via WhatsApp.
    • The return fee of 25 SAR will be deducted from the total refundable amount after processing the return request.
    • Returns will not be accepted if the product's original plastic wrap has been removed. If an opened product is returned, you will be responsible for the full round-trip shipping fees.
    • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover misuse by the customer.
    • Exchanged products cannot be refunded or replaced.
