What's Covered Under the Golden Guarantee?

  1. THE LANDSCAPER (aka "The Groin Trimmer") First Edition. 

This warranty is super simple, without any lengthy fine print. You've got 3 days to try the product after it's delivered. Didn't like it? Got cut? Changed your mind? No problem—send it back and get a full refund, whether it's been used or is brand new. How's that for trust?

How to Use the Warranty:

  1. Shipping fees are paid to the courier service and, unfortunately, are non-refundable.
  2. Download the Return Form from [here].
  3. Fill out the form and print it.
  4. Pack the product securely and place the return form inside the package.
  5. Ship the product to the warehouse address listed on the return form using your preferred shipping company. If you choose pick-up and drop-off services, additional fees may apply, which may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
  6. Send us a picture or copy of the return form via WhatsApp to speed things up.
  7. Once the package arrives, our team will inspect and match the form. Your refund will be processed within 7 days at most.

Important Note: To qualify for a return, the product must be sent back in its original box along with all accessories.

-To accept a return request, the product box must be included with all accessories.

-The warranty period starts from the date and time of order receipt and ends upon the expiration of this period.

-For warranty-related assistance, please contact the customer service team via WhatsApp.

-The product quality warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include misuse by the customer.

-Initial shipping fees will be deducted from the total refundable amount after processing the return request.

-The warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to misuse by the customer.

-The warranty applies to a single purchase only.

-The warranty does not cover the second version of THE LANDSCAPER.
